On September 30, our partner Bruges Food Lab will present SPOON to the citizens of Bruges during a Food Café event.
The gathering is part of the 10-year celebrations of De Republiek—a community of city-makers in Bruges—and the 10-year Food Strategy of Bruges.
Residents will explore how urban agriculture nourishes and connects the city, and hear inspiring stories from Mme Zsazsa, Sébastien Declercq (Vloet Permafruit), and Adriaan Vermeulen (PAKT Antwerp). Members of Bruges Food Lab (Bioserra, Fruittuin, and Innengaard) will serve drinks and offer a taste of Bruges’ food strategy “Bruges Smaakt, you’ll want more!”
