Welcome to the third edition of the SPOON Newsletter!

A lot has been happening across SPOON since our last edition. After months of listening, testing and co-creating across our six pilot regions, we're glad to present our first results: a journalistic article, an infopack and a set of practice abstracts that turn what we've learned so far into knowledge researchers, practitioners and communities can put to work.

At the heart of it all are the citizens who take part in our Citizen Science Labs. This time, we're bringing you their voices directly: what they told us about the food they value, and how, together, six communities are shaping change in their own languages.
